Sometimes just a couple of feet makes all the difference. In this kitchen, expanding it by 6’ along one side transformed the space from a tiny kitchen with a weird adjacent pantry into a spacious and comfortable space that connects seamlessly to a family room and dining room. A few key design changes along the way (adjusting an adjacent doorway, deleting a closet and adding a peekaboo window) made this one shine. Completed 2021

  • Coved ceiling extended through addition for continuity
  • New arched opening to TV room, matching the other main floor arches
  • Traditional inset shaker cabinets with contemporary counter and appliances
