The owner of this Fremont home wanted to replace the existing siding and create an inspired and beautiful deck area. The architect called for the use of cedar and Ipea to create the trellises and railing systems, using galvanized spacers between the Ipea rails.   • The railings are built from Ipea, a very dense tropical hardwood that holds up very well in the Pacific Northwest's damp climate
  • The trellis at the French Doors has a polycarbonate panel over top to provide some protection from rain
  • A comfortable outdoor entertaining area with custom details and durable materials
