Ventana Construction LLC is a Seattle-based general contractor with more than 25 years experience, specializing in major residential remodels, additions and custom home construction. Our projects include kitchens, baths, basements, dormers, garages and complete interior and exterior remodels. We work closely with clients and architects to build functional spaces with inspired design and stellar finishes. Creative solutions and use of materials make our projects stand out. where to start?
Our work begins with an initial meeting at your home, when we listen to your ideas and review architectural plans. With that information, we develop a budget for your project. Depending on the complexity of the work, we may recommend a pre-construction contract to further develop the estimate. We then create a contract, a master schedule, a written scope of work and specifications, and a spreadsheet of decisions still to be made. Then we start to build.

under construction Ventana Construction’s staff of craftsmen are hired only after a careful selection process and background check. Many have decades of carpentry experience; some specialize in framing or finish work. They ensure that your project is built expertly and is completed just as you envisioned it. All subcontracted work is performed by a limited number of highly skilled companies whose work we know and trust. Our job sites have a strict no smoking policy.
